Purchase terms
The defined legal scope behind each product.
These terms apply to purchases made through this site. The selected product name, price, and included deliverables shown at checkout become part of the engagement.
Acceptance and conflicts
A purchase is a request for representation and is subject to conflict and scope review. No attorney-client relationship begins until Eusebio Law confirms acceptance in writing. If the firm cannot accept the engagement, the purchase price will be refunded in full.
Flat fee
Once the firm accepts the engagement, the stated price is a nonrefundable flat fee for the selected product and becomes the firm's property. The fee covers only the defined scope. No additional costs are anticipated for these products. Any requested filing fee, third-party charge, tax, or other expense requires the client's prior approval.
Included work
The engagement includes the documents listed for one business entity and one defined transaction or launch and one consolidated written revision submitted within seven days. The standard workflow is asynchronous. A call is included only when Eusebio Law determines that one is necessary to complete the limited scope.
Excluded work
Negotiation with another party, a new business model or transaction, regulated-industry analysis, litigation, tax advice, securities work, non-U.S. law, and continuing general counsel services require a separate engagement.
Timing and client information
Target delivery begins after written acceptance, payment, and a complete intake. The client is responsible for timely, accurate, and complete information. Material changes or missing information may extend delivery or require a new quote.
Responsible attorney
Eusebio Law remains professionally responsible for the engagement, final legal review, and delivery and will identify the attorney responsible for the work.
Limited representation
The representation ends when the final included document is delivered. The firm has no duty to monitor later legal developments or provide continuing advice unless separately engaged.
Electronic acceptance
Checking the acceptance box at checkout and completing payment confirms that the purchaser has reviewed and agrees to these written terms. Product-specific checkout text controls if it conflicts with this general page.
