Clear fit, clear scope

Built for straightforward U.S. tech contracts.

Good fit

U.S. startups and small technology businesses with a clear ownership structure, a standard product or service, and a near-term launch or contract need.

Custom review required

Healthcare, finance, crypto, children’s products, equity arrangements, employment classification, complex privacy regimes, active negotiations, or non-U.S. operations.

Attorney reviewed

Product speed. Legal accountability.

Tech Contract Desk is a fixed-fee legal service by Eusebio Law, P.A. The firm remains responsible for scope review, attorney review, and final delivery.

Before you begin

Frequently asked questions.

Can I purchase immediately?

Yes. Choose a pack and complete the secure checkout. Each purchase then receives conflict and scope review. If Eusebio Law cannot accept the engagement, the payment will be refunded and no attorney-client relationship will be formed.

When does the five-business-day period begin?

The target period begins after conflict clearance, signed engagement, payment, and receipt of a complete intake. Missing or changing information can extend delivery.

What counts as one revision?

One consolidated set of reasonable changes submitted within seven days of delivery. A new business model, additional transaction, negotiation with another party, or major scope change requires a separate quote.

Are these automated templates?

Your intake drives the drafting workflow, but an attorney reviews and tailors the documents before delivery. The service is designed for speed without removing professional judgment.

Does submitting a conflict request create an attorney-client relationship?

No. Representation begins only after Eusebio Law confirms the engagement in writing and both sides sign the engagement agreement.

Skip the sales call
