What you receive
You should not have to guess which clauses create real exposure. We review the complete agreement from your side of the deal, mark the language that should change, and explain where the terms help you, hurt you, or deserve a business decision.
Proposed edits across the agreement, including obligations, payment, ownership, confidentiality, warranties, indemnity, liability, termination, and the concerns you identify.
A practical explanation of favorable terms, material risks, leverage points, missing protections, and the decisions you should make before responding or signing.
After reviewing the first work product, use the included revision support, attorney call, or both to finalize your position.

A defined review, not an open meter
The intake is built around the decision you need to make, not legal trivia. Tell us your side of the deal, your main concerns, and the terms you need to protect. We use that context to drive the redline and written opinion.
Actual attorney contract review
Eusebio Law reviews the complete agreement from your side of the deal, proposes the changes that protect your position, explains the important risks, and speaks with you after the redline. Negotiation with the other side is not included.
Not sure what the contract requires?
Book a $350 legal consultation. If you retain Eusebio Law within 14 days, the $350 fee is credited toward the related service.
Before you start
The agreement, schedules, exhibits, and incorporated terms provided for substantive review count toward the limit. If the complete document set exceeds 50 pages, we will confirm any additional scope before work begins.
You may use the included revision support, attorney call, or both. The attorney call is with you, not the counterparty. Negotiation with the other side and ongoing deal management require a separate scope.
After conflict and scope review, written acceptance, payment, the complete contract, and the short intake are received. The target applies to the first redline and written issues summary.
Regulated transactions, securities, tax, employment disputes, mergers, financing documents, extensive exhibits, non-U.S. law, and unusually complex negotiations may require a separate quote.
A purchase is subject to conflict and scope review. No attorney-client relationship begins until Eusebio Law confirms acceptance in writing. If Eusebio Law cannot accept the engagement, the payment will be refunded in full.
One contract up to 50 pages including schedules and exhibits, one full attorney redline, one written issues summary, revision support during the included seven-day review period, and one attorney call.
If Eusebio Law cannot accept the engagement following its conflict and scope review, the payment will be refunded in full. Once Eusebio Law accepts the engagement, the $999 flat fee is earned upon receipt, nonrefundable, and becomes the firm's property. The fee covers only the defined scope described above. No additional fee or cost will be charged without the client's prior approval. Nothing in these terms limits any refund that may be required under the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
Negotiation or calls with the counterparty, due diligence, litigation, tax, securities, non-U.S. law, and review of additional agreements are excluded.
The 1-3 business-day target for the first redline begins after written acceptance, payment, and receipt of the complete document and intake. Missing or changed materials may extend delivery.
The representation ends after delivery and completion or waiver of the included revision support and attorney call. Continuing advice requires a separate engagement.
