What you receive
Generic templates cannot see your subscriptions, user accounts, content rules, AI features, payment flow, or data practices. Your attorney reviews the information you provide and your live website to prepare a coordinated legal foundation for one app.
Accounts, acceptable use, subscriptions, cancellations, user content, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and termination as applicable.
Information collected, product use, service providers, disclosures, retention, security practices, user choices, and applicable privacy notices.
Less intake, more context
Complete a short guided intake and provide your website. Your attorney uses both to understand your product, identify missing facts, and prepare your documents. You can communicate directly with Eusebio Law throughout the defined engagement.
Actual legal service
Eusebio Law performs the legal work, prepares the documents for your specific product, and delivers them under the firm's professional responsibility. Online checkout and a focused intake make it easier to hire the firm; they do not replace the attorney service behind the finished documents.
Need legal direction first?

Before you purchase
After Eusebio Law completes conflict and scope review, confirms acceptance in writing, receives payment, and receives your complete intake. Material missing information can extend the timeline.
Terms of Service or Terms of Use and a Privacy Policy for one company and one app, website, or online product, plus direct attorney access and revision support during the included seven-day review period.
Yes. Eusebio Law provides the legal service, communicates with you during the defined engagement, prepares the documents for your product, and remains professionally responsible for the finished work.
Healthcare, finance, crypto, children's products, complex international operations, equity arrangements, and other heavily regulated or unusually complex products may require a separate scope. If the firm cannot accept the order, the purchase price is refunded.
A purchase is a request for representation and is subject to conflict and scope review. No attorney-client relationship begins until Eusebio Law confirms acceptance in writing. If the firm cannot accept the engagement, the purchase price will be refunded in full.
If Eusebio Law cannot accept the engagement following its conflict and scope review, the payment will be refunded in full. Once Eusebio Law accepts the engagement, the stated flat fee is earned upon receipt, nonrefundable, and becomes the firm's property. The fee covers only the defined scope described above. No additional fee or cost will be charged without the client's prior approval. Nothing in these terms limits any refund that may be required under the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
The engagement includes the two listed documents for one business entity and one app or online product, direct attorney communication for questions and clarification within the defined scope, and revision support during the included seven-day review period.
Negotiation, regulated-industry analysis, litigation, tax advice, securities work, non-U.S. law, additional products or business models, and continuing general counsel services require a separate engagement.
Target delivery begins after written acceptance, payment, and a complete intake. The purchaser is responsible for timely and accurate information. Material changes or missing information may extend delivery or require a new quote.
The representation ends when the final included documents are delivered. The firm has no duty to monitor later legal developments or provide continuing advice unless separately engaged.
